Assistant Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

  • Act as a focal point of contact to provide full spectrum of human resources advisory services to business units including but not limited to organization restructure, manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment services, talent acquisition, internal transfer, relocation and secondment, performance management and employee relations aspects to address different business priorities
  • Take lead in human resources related projects, exercises and implement various HR initiatives
  • Keep abreast of the recent development of HR practices, statutory requirements and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Provide professional analysis in different HR data source to define solutions for HR related matters
  • Support in resolving employee's HR inquiries and cultivate customer-oriented culture
  • All other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5 to 7 years of human resources business partnering experience gained in sizable organization
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to create strong relationships with line managers
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good team player, detail minded with good presentation and communication skills
  • Mature, responsible, independent with positive and proactive attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor, Human Resources Business Partner
