Responsible for designated key account customers and develop business sales opportunities
Consolidate the pricing data, control tower and support for tender submissions
Monitor and analyze sales performance and perform KPI review with customers
Ensure consistent company compliance and follow standard SOP and process implementation
Diploma Holder or above in Transportation and Logistics or related disciplines
5 - 8 years of working experience in international air or ocean freight forwarding
Strong knowledge in sales key account management
Pricing and tender knowledge will be an advantage
Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficiency in written and spoken Korean is a must
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented, customer focus and problem solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
