Analyse property data, prepare valuation and expert witness reports, and conduct financial assessments and feasibility studies
Handle land administration matters and premium negotiations
Advise on rating objectives and appeals
Conduct client meetings and prepare service proposals and presentation materials
Liaise with clients and government departments, and maintain good relationships
Handle client enquiries
Degree in surveying, real estate or a related discipline
MHKIS and/or MRICS a must
At least 4 years’ experience in property valuation and land administration matters, of which 2 years must be post-qualification experience
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attentive to detail, proactive, confident and a strong sense of responsibility
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Development Surveyor.
