We are looking for high caliber individual to join the Airport Authority, the manager and operator of HKIA.

Assistant Manager, Land & Business Management

  • Conduct in-depth research and market analysis on SKYCITY and other business initiatives
  • Supervise various types of land and property valuation
  • Assist in the implementation of property development projects and tender preparation
  • Assist in land use planning and administration and liaison with the Government
  • Perform financial analysis and feasibility studies for business development and project planning purposes  


  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Real Estate, Surveying, Planning or other related disciplines
  • Preferably with professional qualification in general practice surveying, planning or equivalent  
  • At least 6 years’ working experience in property business planning and development, market research, valuation, financial analysis and feasibility studies
  • Practical experience in land administration and town planning in Hong Kong
  • Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills with business sense
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
