Job responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital learning curriculum to shape the self-directed learning environment
  • Be a pioneer on digital learning i.e. coming up with new and innovative ideas that fit to the modernised learning habit
  • Keep abreast with the future learning trend and drive the learning culture in Prudential together with the Head of L&D
  • Independently drive, design and facilitate management skills curriculum to strengthen the capabilities of employees
  • Plan and manage learning initiatives; and monitor learning records to ensure timely and effective learning solutions implementation to various level of employees
  • Support People & Organisational Development strategies, initiatives and related activities
  • Manage and partner with vendors on design and delivery of training programmes to cater for learning needs of various levels of staff

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree on any related disciplines
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience with solid background on organisational development and staff training
  • Passionate on creating innovative learning ideas to support Company’s sustainable growth and business priorities
  • Proven track record and experience on initiating and delivering learning and development programme to meet the business needs
  • Strong project management skills to work effectively across the Company
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities and to work independently with limited supervision
  • Independent, proactive, highly organised and attentive to details
  • Good team player, willingness to pick up new skills / take up new challenges
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills
