Assistant Manager, Learning & Development

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To plan, design, facilitate and evaluate all training initiatives including all existing, new programs and L&D events for all hotel and serviced apartment brands in Hong Kong
• To support and conduct training for the pre-opening projects
• To liaise with internal and external institutions for organizing the required programs to fulfill the needs of all departments
• To update all relevant Learning & Development materials and ensure that they are in line with company standards
• To arrange and overlook development programs for the Management Trainee or Intern students
• To support in employee relations activities and team building programs

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder in Hospitality / Human Resources or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Learning and development aspect
• Detail-minded, creative, flexible.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive, Learning and Development.
