Our client, a global leading skincare brand, is seeking for a high calibre to join them as Assistant Manager, Learning & Development.

About The Role
Reporting to Senior Manager, L&D, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for

  • Partnering with retail training teams and corporate stakeholders to identify learning needs and designing the learning curriculum to archive business and people development needs
  • Designing and developing the corporate talent development programmes, succession planning, staff engagement and other Organization Development projects
  • Fostering the learning culture by delivering various learning interventions such as e-learning and ensure timely delivery on people development programmes
  • Managing, reviewing and refining Graduate Trainee Program

About You

  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years solid training and talent management experience, preferably with experience in setting up learning academy and e-learning platform;
  • Reliable and able to manage muti-tasks in a timely manner
  • Possess creative mindset, good project management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
