Our client, a leading Bank is now urgently looking for a high calibre candidate to join their L&D Team of HR Department

Job Duties

  • Assist the team head to develop training strategy and action plan
  • Identify the training needs, formulate and design training programs for internal staff
  • Design, organize and implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Coordinating with external training consultants on program implementation and to ensure the programs are meet with corporate needs
  • Design and coordinate Graduate Programs
  • Develop and manage policies & procedures as well as budget planning

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in learning & development / talent management, preferably experience gained in sizable companies
  • Keep abreast of best practices and good connection with HR practitioners
  • Self-starter, a good team player with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details and able to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
