Our client, a leading Japanese Conglomerate, is now looking for a high caliber to fill up above position for their company.

 

Assistant Manager, Leasing & Office Administration (Japanese Speaking) 

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, marketing and tenancy administration
  • Coordinate with different parties in fitting out, takeover and handover of office premises
  • Respond to leasing enquiry, request or complain from tenant
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events
  • Perform all round office administration support
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements

  • University graduates or above
  • Minimum 6 years relevant working experience preferably in office leasing administration
  • Pass in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or relevant experience
  • Initiative, self-motivated and be a good team player
  • Well organized, willing to learn and be able to work independently
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Japanese and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available preferred
