Assistant Manager (Legal & Compliance)

  • University degree in law or general business related discipline
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in financial industry
listed company or company secretarial companies
  • Basic knowledge of the relevant regulations of financial market
infrastructures and company secretarial matters
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work
underpressure, attention to details and dedicated

Job Duties:
  • Assist in handling the relevant legal and compliance works of the
company, including drafting and review of documents, participating in
project-related meetings, filing etc
  • Provide support on board and committees works and assist the company
in maintaining good corporate governance
  • Research on regulatory updates and relevant compliance issues
  • Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties under
supervision
