Assistant Manager / Manager – Compensation & Benefits (Ref. No.: 21063)

Our client, a Chinese based bank is now urgently looking for high calibre candidate to join their Rewards & Performance team.


  • Assist Team Manager to develop, review and implement projects in related to salary review, annual bonus, reward management, salary & benefits benchmarking, market survey, job evaluation, performance review, budgeting, etc.
  • Participate in performance management projects.
  • Assist in headcount and cost management, review and revamp HR Policies and procedures in line with best practice of the bank.
  • Prepare data and conduct analysis for management reports and meetings
  • Support management and business head for the development of HR strategies.
  • Liaise with HKMA.
  • Support on ad hoc projects.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in areas of compensation & benefits, preferably with working experience in sizable companies.
  • Strong knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
  • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent Chinese writing skill.
  • Familiar in using MS applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
