We are looking for someone with:

  • University degree preferable in Economy/Financial planning/Investment/Insurance or relevant subjects
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry, preferable with distribution channels/training and coaching/project management
  • Previous experience with agency training and/or event management and/or recruitment is a plus
  • Curious, open-minded, self-motived, can-do altitude, fast learner, team player
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, fluence in written and oral Chinese (mandarin and Cantonese) is a plus.

On the job you will:   

  • Be a key contributor in MCV team in IANG recruitment and development, IANG community event/activity management and execution of designated MCV initiatives.
  • Responsible to design, develop and deliver IANG coaching / development program which is a subset of C.E.O Program.
  • To effectively two-way communicate between corporate and distribution channels regarding MCV talents and business development matters.
  • Act as the “center of intelligence" and “center of influence" among all relevant functions, as well as distribution channels
