I) Responsibilities

  • In charge of assigned Life Operations/ corporate projects or initiatives from end-to-end, including business cases preparation, compiling and analyzing business requirements and functional design documentation and make appropriate recommendations, develop UAT strategy, coordinate and conduct UAT activities, analysis and review on project results and other project management activities
  • Assist management in driving initiatives to uplift operations efficiency and customer experience with application of digital strategy
  • Work effectively and efficiently with cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with company strategy

II) Requirements

  • Degree holder (Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred)
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in life insurance company operations projects with at least 3 years BA experience
  • Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and capable to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including basic Putonghua)
  • Good Excel and data analytical skill
  • Qualification in PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or FLMI preferred with agile experience
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
