Assistant Manager / Manager, Credit Appraisal (Retail / Personal)

  • Analyse and review all types of credit information for approval, renewal and extension of loans
  • Liaise with lending units to resolve credit issues and expedite the process
  • Possess thorough understanding of changes in applicable regulations, rules and guidelines
  • Prepare various MIS reports for the management’s review
  • Ensure credit facilities adhere to the Bank's internal credit policies/guidelines as well as external regulatory requirements


  • Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in credit review and analysis, preferably in banking industry
  • Sound knowledge of lending products
  • Good understanding in credit risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control senses and analytical skills
