Assistant Manager / Manager, Customer Due Diligence

Our client, a Multinational Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Job Duties

  • Act as a team leader and lead a team to complete CDD / KYC for corporate clients
  • Comply with regulatory, Group and the Bank's requirements for CDD review
  • Review and update KYC profiles for new and existing clients and adherence to review schedule
  • Participate in CDD related process reviews for corporate clients with an aim to comply with regulatory or policy changes, as well as to improve customer experience

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in banking industry with at least two years in customer due diligence
  • Advanced user in PC with good MS Office and Excel skills
  • Strong self-motivation with good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Candidate with frontline experience will be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
