Assistant Manager / Manager, Financial Budgeting & Analysis

Main Responsibilities -

• Participate in the balanced scorecard (KPI) setting for the Bank and departments
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget, budget monitoring and cost control
• Prepare periodic performance reports of the Bank for ALCO/ management review
• Prepare performance analysis of the Bank and departments
• Assist in building financial models for business segment / channel/ product/ customer performance measurement reports and related analysis of the Bank
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements -

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines, preferably with a recognized professional accounting qualification
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning and budgeting / management reporting/ financial analysis/ performance management, preferably with exposure to banking industry
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in application software including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Having experience in KPI or financial analysis and modeling is definitely a plus
