Responsibilities:
- Act as product specialist in Private Banking to maintain and motivate the sales of investment products, and work closely with relationship managers to meet sales target
- Manage the end-to-end flow from product development, ongoing due diligence and channel management
- Update marketing materials, deliver regular/ad-hoc reports and analysis for management business planning
- Conduct trainings for relationship managers on product knowledge and market updates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and in the implementation of the Company's policies and procedures
- Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management and/or retail banking premier sector
- Independent, ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both verbal and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
