Assistant Manager/ Manager, Operations & Sales Support

Major Responsibilities:

  • Follow and propose changes when needed in respect of regulatory guidelines, underwriting guidelines, and business control updates, in accordance with the business requirement.
  • Write internal control manual to ensure our procedure is compiled to various policies
  • Initiate various projects for system enhancements and conduct UAT for better customer experience
  • Prepare and analysis data via MIS report for management review
  • Manage incoming enquiries via email and hotline on product knowledge, policy administration and complaints
  • Work closely with the internal departments to fulfill SLA

 

Qualification/Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 8 years related experience, prefer brokerage team under insurance industry (with less experience, we may consider Assistant Manager)
  • With 1-2 year project experience to cope with system developments
  • Proactive, able to manage multi-tasks simultaneously and follow up the works to meet the SLA
  • Passed in IIQE paper 1,3, and 5; knowledge in life insurance products (including but not limit to endowment plan, ILAS, and critical illness)
  • Customer centric and detailed mind, able to work independently and willing to work over time
  • Excellent presentation and people skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, and Chinese typing
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken Mandarin and English
