Assistant Manager / Manager, Product Development - Unsecured Lending

Our client, a well-known bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and formulate business plans so as to achieve the business objectives/targets
  • Responsible for product development, formulate sales strategies, acquisition and utilization of unsecured lending products
  • Keep abreast of the market trends and the government policies, from which identify and recommend new initiatives/follow-up actions
  • Understand the competitors’ business strategies and make responsive proposals to management
  • Collaborate with both internal or external parties to ensure successful product launch and towards planned result

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking/financial institutions
  • Solid experience in financial product selling, preferably banking products
  • Experience in managing product development of consumer loan products is an advantage
  • Aggressive, dynamic and strong in project management and time management
  • Excellent negotiation communication, interpersonal and report writing skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and fluent Putonghua is preferable
