Assistant Manager / Manager, Sales Team
Job MatcherJob Responsibilities:
- Membership recruitment and membership related matters and services
- Achieve the assigned targets of membership sales
- Determine necessary deliverables based on strategic priorities and establish roadmaps
- Handle members’ enquiries, problems and complaints
- Prepare quality reports and presentation on deliverables for review and discussion with senior management.
- Assist with developing marketing materials such as e-newsletters, leaflets and digital marketing programs
- Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignment from senior management
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, preferably in hotel management or marketing discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position in prestigious club or hotel at supervisory or management level
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional manner on handling confidential information
- Proactive and good team player
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Membership Manager
