Assistant Manager, Marcom and eCommerce
This post will work closely with the General Manager, Sales and Marketing to develop, coordinate, and execute a wide spectrum of brand communication activities online and offline, including eCommerce/digital marketing & SNS/PR/event, as well as project-based initiatives. This role will ultimately contribute to brand building effort of Champion and other HBI brand portfolio in newly developed East and Southeast Asia markets.
Key duties including but not limited to the following:
Provide guidance to customers’ marketing team on marketing & PR related issues and projects, in compliance with Champion and Hanes brands guidelines and direction
Implement brand marketing plan including all key elements - situation analysis, objectives, strategies, tactics, budget and time frame
Adapt and fine-tune corporate/regional brand marketing concepts and programs based on local markets’ insights
Devise digital & social media strategies in paid, owned, earned media to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to website & shops
Devise and manage all online marketing and promotional campaigns for various product lines
Manage digital marketing initiatives with content management: website, mobile & social media, O2O in supporting business growth and retail operation
Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
Manage the redesign of the company website, improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
Familiar with digital landscape, evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Review new technologies and upkeep company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Work with the team to explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration & partnership
Manage and liaise with agencies
Ensure data, learning and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported on regular basis
Able to write in Mandarin/English tight, sharp and engage copy for websites and social media to create interesting topics & engage online communities
Experience in using content management systems to create and update web pages
Education/Degrees: Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications/ Journalism/ Multi-media or related disciplines
experience in fashion retail with international brands
Languages: Excellent command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
Years of experience: 5-7 years
