Assistant Manager/ Marketing Executive, Operation & Platform Support (The Club) (CNL6/201803/AMMEOPS/CK)
The role is mainly focusing on driving / supporting daily loyalty platform operation and features development.
To support the daily loyalty program operation including membership, loyalty points and redemption;
To support marketing program execution such as program operation design, marketing system readiness, control and governance;
To drive loyalty platform feature development by coordinating with different stakeholders including business users, IT teams and vendors;
Manage and liaise with internal teams, IT counterparts and stakeholders to understand challenge, capture and consolidate business requirements and assist in providing recommendation to ensure smooth marketing operation;
To drive quick fix of system bugs to ensure quality smooth run of marketing programs and products;
Prepare and manage documentation and relevant reports on operation efficiencies;
Actively support and monitor the schedule of different marketing programs to ensure on time delivery;
To participate and contribute to ad-hoc projects;
To provide administration, coordination and logistics support to the team.
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Ecommerce or related disciplines;
At least 2 years relevant marketing experience; more experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager;
Experience in online rewards logistics is preferred;
Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently;
Well organized and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasking;
Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
Energetic, proactive, creative and good team player
