Assistant Manager - Marketing Operations

About the Role

Support Channel Marketing Manager on the administration of daily Marketing operation- Marketing planning, process deployment, quality & compliance, marketing performance monitoring for instance.   Work across Asia Miles Marketing team to manage Marketing operation related tasks/ programs to deliver the intended results in quality and timely manners.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise between Marketing Headquarter staff and Outports on all marketing operation matters
  • Data operations
  • Maintain & manage all Marketing promotion miles data, including the set-up and maintenance of Codes in Customer Loyalty System
  • Data and content input after Adobe implementation (if necessary)
  • Contract management – maintain good record of contract (with SAP support)
  • Maintain Material/Vendor Master in future SAP environment
  • Initiate partner invoicing and debtor follow-up
  • Support Marketing staff (including Outports) in internal control compliance of the Accounts Payable process for Non-Air Partnership related payments
  • Assist Head of Marketing in consolidating budget and forecast templates from different Marketing sub-teams, including Outports
  • Provide assistance for the evaluation of key Marketing investments & activities, and other Marketing effectiveness-related programs.
  • Enhance Country Marketing's capability on planning, process, system, evaluation, etc.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of working experience in marketing, program management, or performance management
  • Good analytical skill, data mining expertise
  • Leadership and influencing without authority: Able to involve relevant parties, communicate clearly the targets to be achieved, plan well and follow up rigorously to deliver.
  • Experience and good track record on cross function communication and team work. Strong influencing skills, ability to persuade & communicate effectively with all levels and functions within the business. Uses reason to persuade and is resilient in the face of difficult conversations.
  • Effective presenter able to deal with any audience and adapt presentation on the move.
  • Written/spoken English and Chinese Skills
