Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition of Automatic Add Value Service, Octopus FPS instant bank transfer service, Octopus co-brand cards products, as well as online and mobile payment services
  • Assist in the development of customer activation campaigns to drive Octopus Wallet and App engagement
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to implement different marketing programmes
  • Assist in the deployment and measurement of social media and listen for different products
  • Manage programme implementation, prepare business reports and analyses to provide insights for improvement
  • Manage marketing budget and support ERP input for purchasing and marketing expenses settlement


  • University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services or payment industry, with exposure in digital marketing
  • Exposure in using digital marketing automation tools, e.g. Salesforce, Adobe Campaign; Experienced in using data analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Independent, proactive and result oriented with good analytical skills
  • Passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce and technology
  • Versatile, highly adaptive in fast-moving and dynamic working environment
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
