Create more incredible numbers by:

  • managing the Octopus Service Kiosk operations and liaising with internal and external parties to ensure the Octopus Service Kiosk delivers the service as per standard
  • leading a virtual team to perform Kiosk monitoring, merchant account setup, claims, sales orders, fare table setup and maintenance, Octopus App for Business processing, online shop fulfillment and new projects engagement
  • assisting manager to monitor outsourcing vendors performance to ensure they meet KPIs
  • planning resources to ensure assigned tasks completed on time and meet the defined KPIs
  • providing review of merchant /system integrator submissions and coordinating Type Approval Test
  • liaising internal parties and manage merchants and system integrators on project deployment within the schedule
  • handling merchant complaints and liaising internally to resolve the complaints within the service level
  • reviewing the daily control reports to ensure that all exception cases are flowed up promptly
  • assisting manager to compile weekly, monthly and yearly MIS reports to management for review
  • streamlining process flow with proper documentation

 

A right fit for your portfolio?

  • A degree holder in Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years in merchant operation and transaction processing, of which at least 2 years in supervisory or assistant manager position
  • At least 1 year of vendor management experience; self-service kiosk fulfilment and management experience is preferred
  • Experience in system enhancement requirement analysis and testing cases preparation gained from financial institution is an advantage
  • Good knowledge on online, offline and mobile payment system for transportation, retail and self-service industry
  • Familiar with MS Applications, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
  • Effective influencing, planning, organising and leadership skills
  • Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure
  • Possess good analytical skills and creative in solving problem
  • Strong leadership skill to lead the team to achieve KPI
