Assistant Manager (Office Administration)

SINO GROUP

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all-round office administration duties, monitoring and following up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services, pool car management and handling ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of administration experience in sizable organization, of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
  • “Service-orientated" with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of urgency, “can do" attitude and good project / time management
  • High integrity, mature, strong initiative and able to work independently
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Officer
