Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails
Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs
Liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-ups
Handle projects and other tasks as assigned
College graduate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call centre / customer service environment
Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must
Customer oriented with good interpersonal skill
Positive attitude, well organized and a good team player
Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification
