Assistant Manager/ Officer, Credit Department

Responsibilities:
- Pre-screen credit application to ensure completeness of required information and supporting documentation

Ensure quality credit analysis be duly conducted in credit application prior to its submission for final approval

Handle esquires from SME/ Individual clients and ensure all documentations/ reports are correct

Manage and monitor loan portfolio, ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal policies and lending guidelines

Collaborate with loan Business Department for the criteria of credit approval
- Review and handle delinquent account
- Perform credit review
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above preferably Degree holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in consumer finance industry, with good knowledge in mortgage and personal loan; candidates with experience in handling of SME loan is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel application skill
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
