Assistant Manager or Manager - CS Business Development, Agency Distribution


Position Objectives:

Motivate agents sell Corporate Solutions(CS) business and meet and exceed sales targets.


Agency Activities Management (65%)

  • Communicate and build relationship with agents support and push CS business
  • Communicate and build relationships with agents for business development
  • Keep abreast of market development and deliver key initiatives to agents
  • Provide professional and technical advice to agents and prospective customers
  • Provide help desk at agency offices, if applicable


Financial Management (15%)

  • Effectively monitor the sales performances of assigned agents to ensure their strategic targets such as VONB / ANP, OPAT and Excess EV Growth is met


People Management (15%)

  • Provide coaching and training to support staff


Other Responsibilities (5%)

  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned



  • University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions
  • Good product knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to manage a project/event independently
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Tactful interpersonal relationship
  • Good presentation and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Preferably IIQE (paper 1,2,3 & 4) licensed
