Assistant Manager - Partnership and Resource Development Office (PRDO)

  • Support Head of PRDO to build on relationships with existing supporters, writing reports to meet deadlines and submitting further proposals or application for funding.
  • Assist the identification of, and approaches to high net worth individuals and foundation who have not yet supported CA’s Programme.
  • Write tailored applications, addressing priorities or requirements as specified by high net worth individuals and foundations.
  • Support the Head of PRDO in the development of the office’s fundraising strategy and action plans.
  • Contribute write-ups of China programme for organisation’s publications and website.
  • Assist the Head of PRDO to source and recruit partners and professional volunteers to implement services and/or fund raising for Christian Action’s Programmes.
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.


  • Degree in Communications, fundraising, marketing or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5 solid years of experience in Corporate fundraising or marketing in a sizable NGOs or commercial sector.
  • Be able to cultivate and pursue Christian excellence in our work and align with the Christian Vision, Mission and Core Values of Christian Action.
  • Excellent written skills, in both English and Chinese, with the ability to produce concise and creative bids.
  • Excellent in spoken English and Putonghua.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates ability to plan and prioritize own workload with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure.
  • Exhibit excellent team work.
