Assistant Manager, Policy Administration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor service delivery by putting proper control in the process and adjusting team resources.
  • Supervise the team to deliver customer service to agent / business partner.
  • Process policy servicing transactions in different administration system in complying to the process guidelines, target turnaround time and with zero error where necessary.
  • Collaborate with Customer Services, Claims and New Business team in providing necessary supports in daily operations.
  • Identify improvement opportunity and propose changes.
  • Lead and implement change in the policy servicing function.
  • Group Life policy admin. & customer service

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent education;
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in insurance operation and at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role;
  • Knowledge of insurance operations;
  • In-depth technical knowledge in policy administration;
  • Good in designing procedure process;
  • Good command of both oral and written English;
  • Good understanding of different corporation and AML guidelines
