Job description

  • Provide cost-effective IT solution to achieve business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, development, testing and deployment tasks of our software product

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify system needs and requirements by partnering with users; partner with vendor to implement the solution
  • Develop system flow, define, gather and set parameters into systems
  • Facilitate testing to ensure systems operate accurately, effectively, efficiently and according to the requirement specifications
  • Act as a key liaison agent between IT project team, business lines and vendors to ensure proper planning and execution of requirements and testing activities
  • Define, format and control the change requests, consolidate and prioritize system changes
  • Study and recommend technologies and methodologies to support the business objectives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, preferable in Information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in business analysis field in banking/insurance/financial industry
  • Preferred to have knowledge in pension functions including pension operations, agency compensation, fund accounting and regulatory reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, particularly in integrating and recommending various complicated IT / business solutions
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Strong relationship building in managing various business partners and vendors
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English
