Responsible for processing online account opening request and the customer’s internet banking application
Follow up with branch staff on online account opening issues
Provide administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping
Handle enquiries from internal staff
Take up ad hoc projects as assigned
Post-secondary education or above, preferably with at least 1 year's relevant experience in account opening
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
