Assistant Manager, Processing & Accounting (Credit Card)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing online account opening request and the customer’s internet banking application
  • Follow up with branch staff on online account opening issues
  • Provide administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping
  • Handle enquiries from internal staff
  • Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above, preferably with at least 1 year's relevant experience in account opening
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
  • Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
