Responsibilities:

  • Assist to design strategy and plans to meet training and development needs of consultancy force, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary
  • Support the development and management of junior trainers to ensure growth and efficiency of training team as a whole
  • Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external providers
  • Update and manage training contents and course materials to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
  • Responsible for training course delivery, mainly focus on licensing, new consultants training & the coordination of training programs
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
  • Monitor to ensure smooth operation of E-learning platform
  • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant statutory policies
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Training or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, training presentation, preferably from financial institutions. Relevant experience in IFA or insurance industry an added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Familiar of using MS Office and preferably with knowledge in multimedia / graphic software
  • Mature, responsible with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizing skills, self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Good personality and willingness to learn with can-do attitude
