The Requirements are:-

  • Process and settle the Property & Casualty claims including negotiating with brokers, insured, third party claimants and lawyers
  • Evaluate, approve and make recommendation on payment of claims under authority limit
  • Investigation of doubful or questionable claims
  • Examine the claims documents for completeness of information and requirements
  • Prepare required analysis and reports on Property & Casualty claims
  • Assist in training and development of junior staff
  • Assist in formulating the department policies and guidelines
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as required
  • Degree holder, holding recognized insurance qualifications such as ACII, ANZIIF
  • Min 8 years' general insurance claims experience with at least 2 years' experience in supervisory level
  • Strong technical knowledge in Property & Casualty
  • Proficiency in PC skills of MS Word, Excel & AS400
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and attention to details
  • Demonstrated a good team player and customer-oriented
