Assistant Manager, Quality & Operation Control

Our client, a well-known local bank is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their elite team.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to prepare operation risk/compliance related report, ensure timely completion of quality control and risk assessment
  • Perform regular call monitoring to ensure quality and compliance standard are met
  • Visit branches, roadshows or outreach site occasionally for control checking
  • Handle customer complaints, complaints investigation, analyst complaint case and provide proper feedback to frontline staff
  • Coach and train frontline staff on a regular basis for control perspective
  • Comply with internal guideline, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with at least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking related area
  • Familiar with banking products & operation flow
  • Good people management, staff coaching & training skill
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
