Assistant Manager (Regulatory Compliance)

  • Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years client onboarding and investor services experience
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered to a junior position
  • With Know Your Customer ("KYC") background is preferred
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good knowledge in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Job Duties:
  • As part of an experienced and dynamic team to provide top quality client on boarding process and provision of FATCA/CRS services to our clients, you will report directly to Manager and work closely with the team
  • Validate CRS Self-certification forms
  • Execute and process subscription applications
  • Perform anti-money laundering procedures including investor KYC due diligence
  • Liaison with investors and/or intermediaries and assistance with anti-money laundering requirements
  • Attending to investor queries and requests
  • Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments
