To check and authorize inward remittance & outward remittance transactions within required service standard
To solve problems on daily operational issues
To handle telephone enquiries internally and externally
To assist the preparation of daily and monthly reporting if any
To report irregularities to superior on time
To assist the training and coaching to subordinates
To perform other duties assigned from time to time
At least 5 years relevant experience in Banking industry or financial institution, with supervisory experience is preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, people management and analytical skills
Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
Innovative and self-initiative
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
