Assistant Manager, Remittance and Settlement (Contract Term)

Responsibilities
  • To check and authorize inward remittance & outward remittance transactions within required service standard

  • To solve problems on daily operational issues

  • To handle telephone enquiries internally and externally

  • To assist the preparation of daily and monthly reporting if any

  • To report irregularities to superior on time

  • To assist the training and coaching to subordinates

  • To perform other duties assigned from time to time

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder

  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Banking industry or financial institution, with supervisory experience is preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, people management and analytical skills

  • Mature and able to work independently and under pressure

  • Innovative and self-initiative

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
