Role Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • Expected to support Businesses for both services campaign’s lead generation as well as provide interim solution support for business to meet business objectives scorecard and better clients experience.
  • Growing lead management staff capabilities and creating the career path for them.

Leadership, People & Community Development

  • Manage project

Customer Experience

  • To ensure no customer complaint due to wrong campaign process
  • To ad-hoc facilitate the communication to client on system/process failures to lower the client impact

Risk management & control

  • Comply with the bank’s risk management, control standard and Campaign GPS

Project Management and Process Governance

  • Responsible for the leads generation process (DOI)
  • Country (HK) owner on Campaign Management Tools such as UNICA, Lily and part of SalesForce Marketing Cloud

Our Ideal Candidate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business analysis, statistics or related discipline

Role Specific Competencies

  • Proficient SAS programming skills and strong experience with: DATA step data manipulation with arrays, do-loops, and merges; SAS Macro language, PROC SQL experience.
  • Strong Python is an advantage
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
  • Work experience in financial industry 5 years plus is preferred
