  • Provide data input, data analysis and HRIS system expertise in investigating problems and provide recommendations on Compensation and Benefits Programs and Projects. Projects include annual HR budget preparation, compensation review process and salary benchmark surveys.
  • Lead annual salary, sales incentive plan and bonuses review process.
  • Heavily involved in annual benefits review programs. Activities may include conduct existing benefits review, costs analysis, legislative review, benchmark with market practice etc.
  • Lead communication process for implementation of new/adjusted C&B programs.
  • Lead HRIS projects and system maintenance to ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in system development, enhancement, policy and process improvements to increase the efficiency of HR Operations.
  • Perform as a system administrator to look after the HR Systems.
  • Conduct HK monthly payroll process and audit HR data.
  • Oversee China monthly payroll process and audit HR data.
  • Occasional travel to China is required.


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 6 years professional compensation and HRIS experience gained in MNCs with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HK, China & Macau payroll/C&B experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance, legislation and regulations
  • Experience and knowledge of China Labour Law and Labour Contract Law would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience with reward principles and concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to details under tight timelines
  • Strong communicator, with good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Logical thinking, detail-oriented and proactive attitude
  • Strong negotiation, planning and project management skills
  • MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills plus Chinese Word Processing
  • Hands-on experience with HRPRO / Cornerstone or other HRIS is an advantage
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Preferably some experiences in project management
