To implement, deliver and support the development of Reward initiatives, through continuous and active review on related policies, programs and processes to drive targeted reward strategies and achieve operational excellence.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage annual salary review cycle
  • Flexible benefits renewal and ongoing reward programs operation to achieve operation excellence through vendors management
  • Assist in implementing employee well-being program by coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Support the communication and education of the total reward package and processes to employees by developing communication plan and designing materials
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues, enquires, requests raised from employees and/or HRBPs by recommending solutions or providing expertise advices


Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience from MNC or sizable Financial Services organization.
  • Experiences in using Workday and managing Flexible Benefits program will be an advantage
  • Good team player and quick learner with collaborative working style and commitment to quality and tight schedule
  • Proven multi-tasking skill
  • Excellent analytical skills and capable of handling massive data
  • Independent and well-organized, with strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
