The incumbent is accountable for the sales incentive and promotion programs of Bancassurance in helping channels to achieve sales target. Through planning, directing and executing the related sales and customer strategies and marketing initiatives, the channel sales momentum can be further enhanced.


Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate and execute of all sales and promotion programs, including sales incentive programs, sales awards and sales engagement activities by working effectively with stakeholder, vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth completion by tight deadline
  • Plan and organize different type of events to engage sales and boost sales momentum to achieve the business target, including awards presentation night, celebration party, branch engagement, sales communication meeting and overseas convention
  • Manage and organize the customer activities relevant with sales, including customer seminar and customer experience event
  • In collaboration with stakeholder and internal department to communicate sales incentive activities to Bancassurance channels
  • Coordinate with MI Team on reports to facilitate regular and accurate progress update


Job Requirements:

  • University graduate, preferably in business or marketing discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the marketing/sales promotion/event management fields, preferably in insurance/banking/ financial services sector
  • Solid experience in developing sales and customer campaigns
  • Knowledge of insurance/financial products
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Efficient MS application and Chinese input
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
