The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

Portfolio Reshuffle

  • Assist in portfolio reshuffle exercise on logic design and execution
  • Coordinate the implementation logistic and response stakeholder inquiries
  • Produce regular portfolio monitoring, pre and post portfolio reshuffle tracking reports

Scorecard, Target & Incentive

  • Assist in scorecard design, KPI simulation and target setting
  • Ensure scorecard, target and incentive calculation accuracy
  • Handle frontlines scorecard, target and incentive inquires with counter parties

Business Analytics & Management Information Reports

  • Perform profitability and productivity analysis to monitor business trend and healthiness
  • Prepare regular MIS reports for top management business review
  • Follow up new or change requests on MI reports

Team Support

  • Support team members on various ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
