Job Highlights

  • Assist ISM team in guiding and nurturing new hire retail sales for branches
  • Provide fundamental guidance and coaching to new hire retail sales including but not limited to product knowledge, sales procedures, system usage, and sales skill
  • Assist ISMs in reviewing the voice records for the telephone approach quality of the retail sales to facilitate their coaching and monitoring
  • Assist to follow up of the underwriting and policy service matters on life insurance cases
  • Follow up with the Relationship Managers on the irregularities findings in the investment audio recording and documentation.
  • Assist to coordinate and schedule the marketing campaign
  • Provide administrative support to the team


  • Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of retail banking sales experience
  • Solid product and market knowledge in both investment and insurance products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, a good team player with good interpersonal skills
