  • Responsible for maintenance service contracts, project installation , monitoring and control of daily team operation and providing technical solutions to mechanical problem
  • Liaise with clients & subcontractors
  • Project: Resident & Commercial Building


  • Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in air-conditioning / chiller plant maintenance work and previous experience in Building Service Project is an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and during non-office hours when required
  • Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer
