Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive - CRM (Luxury Retail)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer loyalty program and related initiatives
  • Participate in data analysis to generate insights and actionable solutions for the business.
  • Work closely with Sales team and Customer Services team to drive for the implementation of CRM plans and ensure the alignment towards the objective
  • Organize VIP events and member acquisition or retention campaigns.
  • Work closely with IT to assure data quality and continuous feedback on any enhancement needed to cope with business needs.


  • Degree holder with major in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
  • 6 years of relevant experience with supervisory capacity in customer data and relationship management, or data analytics, preferably in luxury industry
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
  • Have experience and understanding of CRM System and related IT systems
  • Demonstrate good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior CRM Executive
