Assistant Manager / Senior Officer – Customer Service (Call Centre)

  • Monitor the customer service team (CS team) for handling customer inquiries, requests and orders with specific KPIs for different projects and clients timely and accurately
  • Monitor CS team’s daily inbound and outbound call effectiveness and order processing efficiency
  • Monitor the quality of order taking and processing services
  • Work closely with Commercial and Operations team in meeting customers’ / clients’ requirements
  • Process all of Credit Note and Debit Note on trade relevant
  • Update and Maintain SAP system, including customer information, delivery address, price book, payment terms and credit limit
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments


  • F.7 or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experiences in team management / supervisory position in operation, customer service or service functions , experience in Healthcare business is preferred
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to deal with, and handle difficult customers, resolve disputes and complaints in a professional and amiable manner
