Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Customer Service

Our client, a well-established investment banking company to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email or mail etc. in a highly professional manner
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the company
  • Execute orders for HK and overseas securities markets
  • Analyze market trend & provide advice to clients
  • Assist with the design and implementation of customer service operational procedures that comply with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business, finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in securities / brokerage firm with at least 1 years in a supervisory role is a definite advantage;
  • Well versed with handling customer complaints
  • Excellent communication skills with high level of customer service attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Good understanding of SFO and related regulations
  • Holder of / eligible to apply for the SFC RA1 & RA2 license.
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated with positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command written & spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua
