The Job

  • Manage and support projects under Strategic Partnerships and work with internal & external partners
  • Perform business analysis, review and prepare user requirements for project implementation, in accordance with business requirements from business users
  • Analyze, define and document the project requirements by identifying project milestones and phases
  • Maintain frontline business portal and coordinate relevant enhancements
  • Identify process automation opportunities and suggest improvement actions
  • Create user acceptance test plans and scenarios, coordinate and conduct testing with business units
  • Follow up with project tasks and work with task owners to complete as planned.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business and IT to provide solutions and address project issues
  • Prepare training materials and provide training to business users/ partners

The Person

  • Undergraduate degree holder, preferably with major in IT or business related disciplines.
  • More than 5 years solid experience in project management role in Life Insurance industry, candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer position
  • Good at organizing work sessions and bridging between users and IT to understand cost-benefit justification and produce related documentation in prioritization
  • Able to coordinate and facilitate discussions in small to medium working group
  • Advantageous if possess experience in gap analysis, issue identification and analysis, and problem resolution
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under time pressure
  • Effective communication and management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge on excel VBA
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English, Putonghua would be an advantage
