Perform regular on-site quality assurance and monitoring field work related to regulated activities (including investment business, insurance business and stock trading business) performed by branches
Perform sample checking and examining tasks for branch banking operations like account opening process and pre-defined counter services operations
Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication and follow-up actions with the branches
Produce internal investigation reports and any related MIS information and analysis
Support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control and monitoring functions
Degree in any discipline, preferably in banking and finance
At least 4 year relevant experience in banking
Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards on regulated activities
Team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience or with checker experience in branch will also be considered as Senior Officer
